My stay at the hotel was a bit mixed. The room had some issues with controlling the climate, which was challenging given the cold weather outside, but it was spacious and functional as a handicap room. The service was hit or miss, with one helpful staff member but overall not too friendly or available. The location was convenient, right off the main road near Cox hospital, although there were some complications with room refunds. The dining options were limited to coffee and granola bars, and the lack of dining area was a downside.
